Budapest is the only capital on the world with close to 100 thermal springs and 12 medicinal baths within its boundaries, where 19 million gallons of thermal water rise to the surface each day. Its thermal water containing mineral substances, above all against inflammation, rheumatism and arthritis, and it's suitable for bathing cure.

The worldwide known revolving popular festivals and the Opera House’s repertoires attract more tourists every year in Budapest. Budapest is composed of three cities: Buda, and Obuda on the west side of the river looking over the much larger Pest on the opposite side. To simplify it for tourists, Obuda and Buda are often just refered to as Buda, the bourgeois section with its palaces and spas, and the more commercial area is known as Pest.

Budapest is a good place to hold a conference or event and many of the hotels here have first-class conference halls with sate-of-the-art technical facilities and professional support. Budapest`s twenty public baths from Turkish and wave baths, over open-air swimming-pools and hydrotherapeutic establishments to spa hotels, offer a wide range of services . Budapest isn't nearly as 'poor' as Bucharest, but it wears its poverty differently. The gap between those who have and those who do not is wide. Budapest is a city that can transmit its values to the whole continent. Those who have visited us know these values very well.
